Registration for CNET-116, Introduction to Programming Using Robotics now open!

Regstration for CNET-116 at Ohlone College for the Fall Semester is now open.

To register, visit www.ohlone.edu.

Officially, the course is CNET-116 ( 043667).

 If you are a K-12 student, you will have to make sure to go through the special K-12 registration process. You can find the steps at http://www.ohlone.edu/org/admissions/k12admission.html

The course will introduce students to programming in Java, utilizing Robotics as the primary programming model.

Students will work with "Karel", lejos, SunSPOTS (tentatively), iRobot Creates, and potentially Java on cRIO.

After completing the class, students will be familiar with the structure of a Java application, Java development tools (Netbeans and Eclipse) and Java for robotics.
